Fast Track to Regional Sales Director

Beginning, Sept 1 2015: When the new IBO personally has recruited 10 Qualified IBOs or enrolled 10 Members or any combination of Qualified IBOs or Members they become a Fast Track RSD. 10 points are accumulated for each Dental Plus, MD Plus or Combo membership that your IBOs or Members  purchase.  $25.00 IBO Annual Enrollment Fee Accounts are NOT counted. In thirty (30) days or less FROM THE IBOs active date they are a Fast Track RSD and qualify for a Fast Track Bonus of $300. Note: Bonus Check will be paid out on day 31 providing you have maintained 100 points and it is not a weekend or holiday.

RSD Team Residual Overrides Requirements

1st Promotion

5% Team Residual Override

When an RSD promotes their first (1st) RSD they will receive a 5% Commission on the business of your first frontline RSD promoted. Example:
10 New IBOs that purchase the Combo package.
Sales Group Volume = $400 mo
Team Residual Override = $20 a month

2nd Promotion

ft3Note: Your RSD Sales Teams do not begin  building business volume until that New IBO becomes an RSD. For Team Residual Overrides purposes, the first 10 transactions will be in the RSD Sales Group of the 1st upline RSD.

10% Team Residual Override

When your second frontline RSD is promoted you will earn 10% Commission on your first and second RSD’s sales groups. Example:
RSD 1: 20 New IBOs that purchase the Combo package.
RSD 2: 10 IBOs that purchase the Combo package.
Sales Group Volume = $1200
Team Residual Overrides= $120 a month

3rd Promotion

15% Team Residual Override

– SRSD

When an RSD promotes their third (3rd) RSD they will be promoted to SRSD and begin receiving 15% override on all business on all three and any future frontline RSD’s sales groups.

Example:
RSD 1: 30 New IBOs that purchase the Combo package.
RSD 2: 20 New IBOs that purchase the Combo package.
RSD 3: 10 New IBOs that purchase the Combo package.
Sales Group Volume = $2000
Team Residual Override = $300 a month

Team Residual Overrides

  • A Qualified RSD must have a minimum of $100 ( 4 active members/IBOs) or more in MR (monthly revenue) each month. This $100 MR Requirement will not apply to any IBO with an active date prior to Sept 1, 2015.
