So far this month we have two new Certified Trainers on the team. Janice Virtue of NY  joined the TOP Program when she enrolled as an IBO last month. She signed her 3rd and 4th member yesterday, qualifying her for the $100 Jump Start Bonus and a ticket to the next Annual AmeriPlan® Convention. Jan is a writer and one of her reasons for doing  AmeriPlan® is to get her books published.

Shalin Kornegay of Grandfield OK, joined on with AmeriPlan® last November and after seeing the New TOP Progam and talking with his sponsor, Allan Grogan, Shalin upgraded to TOP and went to work. Shalin signed up his third member, becoming a Certified Trainer on August 8th.

Big congratulations goes out to Jan and Shalin. Allan and I both look forward to working with you and seeing you both promote up the ranks to Regional Trainer…all the way to National Trainer.

Sept Spectacular:

Everyone has a chance to promote up one or two levels in Sept. The $25 IBO Promotion is in full swing and Team Leaders (RSDs +) were recently introduced to a new system that should help them generate more free leads for the team.  

Where do you see yourself on Oct 1? RSD,SRSD,ESD,SESD,NSD? It all begins with a decision. Make the decision, identify the team leaders who will commit their time to the business. Map out a plan of action for yourself and your team leaders who have made the decision to promote up.
