Here are four emails that are setup for SimpleAsABC users, for the May Madness promotion. These emails are intended to get the word out about the promotion to the IBO Prospects you have in the ABC system.

Day 1 Text email > copy and add this broadcast

Day 8 Html email> Things are jumping at AmeriPlan copy and add this broadcast below.

Day 16 Html email The Ameriplan Train is Stopping… copy and add this broadcast below.

Day 21 Html email > Who do you know in the 40 year trap? copy and add this broadcast below.
Be sure to add the email below as “Html” not Text. Copy and paste to bottom.
1: Copy email from links above.
2: Go to broadcast section under contacts tab.
3: Select “New Broadcast Message”.
4: Place a check mark by “Broker Prospects” and continue button (bottom page).
5. Bottom of next page select continue.
6: Copy and paste ” Broadcast Subject” and “The Email” in the correct box. Then continue. All emails except day 1 are HTML.
7: Schedule your broadcast to be sent out on the correct day. I have selected Mondays at 10am, for emails 2-4 and immediate broadcast asap for email 1.

You will save $20 a ticket and be able to sit with team members at a better positioned location. 499 OF 500 Success Stories voluntarily hold themselves accountable to their sponsor/mentor on a weekly basis. Doesn’t it make sense for YOU to do what successful people have done to give you the best opportunity to have the same or better success?

a. At the BEGINNING of a week (Sunday or Monday) YOU should email your sponsor/mentor your ACTION PLAN (or Business Plan) for that week. Here is a suggested sample:

Dear Sponsor – This week I plan on working 6pm-9pm ET each day Monday thru Friday and also 1pm-9pm on Saturday. I will be using these Methods: Internet leads, Postcards, Magazines, Badge, Sign on Car, and DVDs. My goal is to give 3 full presentations per day minimum. Watch for my Tracking Summary spreadsheet on Saturday and I’ll call you about 4pm Sat if that’s ok with you. I will also be on the T2k Thur and Sat training calls. Signed, your next NSD

b. At the END of each week (Saturday or Sunday) YOU should email your sponsor/mentor your weekly Tracking Summary (right click and select Save Target As). Then as soon after you send that Tracking Summary by email to your sponsor/mentor, you should CALL your sponsor/mentor to discuss your strengths, weaknesses, or how to modify your plan. Make sure you keep this call to 15 min /week.

Domain for the New Year

It is always good in business to have your own domain name. I have several domains I am giving away to IBOs on the Team. Below is a list of the domain names I am giving away this month. Most of these domains are listed on the Google, Yahoo and Bing.com and are aged domains, two years or more. Email me at bsimms@ameriplan.net with your Godaddy.com account number and domain(s) you would like to have. Once transfer is initated, you will be require to accept the domain and pay the transfer fee of about $8.00. See godaddy transfer coupons. Expired domains will require a $10.00 paypal transfer, includes one year registration.

Highlighted Domains are available to any IBO. Others are for RSD+.

You can go out and register your own domain name, but it won’t be listed on any search engines and will not have the credibility of these aged domains.

What can you do with the domain?
Direct it to your benefits or opportunity site.
Give it to another IBO on your team.
Create a blog.

One of the smartest ways to build any business is to have a strong internet presence. One of the quickest ways to get your site,pages and articles listed on the internet is to have a BLOG. There are several blog formats you can use. My favorite is wordpress. With your own blog you can broadcast your ideas, products and articles to the world in a matter of minutes.

Search Engines like Google love content. You can write a post, publish it and wordpress will send the post to google (ping google) instantly. Providing your posting is relevant, your posting will get listed on google in about 15 minutes, if not delayed. One of my recent postings is #2 on google for AmeriPlan usa insurance agents our of 24,000 listings.

It is also good to include links to your site and an image that also links to your site.
